Smart Metering
Whether it is utilising existing sub metering or if required supplying new meters that incorporate the appropriate protocols for automatic data acquisition, vision tech can help.
We are able to offer metering solutions for electric metering through to gas, water and heat meters along with our own 3G routers to avoid the need to use existing IT services if
required.

Integration
We provide a fully functional BMS system with integration available within the control system provided or by use of a third party device. Most buildings will have multiple systems, many of these which are not directly associated with the BMS system.
Vision Tech has the capability to communicate with these devices through multiple channels and show detailed data, enable units and monitor specifics from these systems.

Control Panel Design & Manufacture
Vision Tech have over 12 years of experience enabling us to offer a complete design and installation service, tailored to suit your needs. Each control panel and system is designed using the latest principles and ideas, using the most effective control solution based on the system requirements. Our control panels use quality components readily available that have been quality tested for years.
Onsite Installation
We offer full electrical installation services with our installers trained specifically in building management system installations.
All installation works are managed by our projects team to ensure that deadline dates are met, and they are inline with method and risk assessments. All works are produced to a high standard and maintained to the latest electrical standards.
Software Strategy
We recognize that every project is unique and requires a different approach to control of the system. All software strategy is written from scratch to ensure each projects needs are met and the control is specific to that job.
Vision Tech produce all strategy writing in house and offer a range of systems inclusive of Trend, Tridium N4 and Distech controls.
Commissioning
Our engineers are all trained to have a varied knowledge in multiple systems, products and electrical skills. All engineers have the relevant ‘skill cards’ required to access multiple sites and are also all DBS checked to ensure suitability where required. All sites whether they be large or small is no problem, we ensure they will be commissioned to the highest level and have the most efficient control available programmed throughout this process.
Graphics
At the end of any project, we offer the facility to provide a head end supervisor. A graphical representation is displayed for ease of use for all persons required. This can either be installed on a physical PC or a platform that can then be use for remote access use. Vision Tech currently offer Trend IQvision head end supervisors and Niagara N4 supervisors.

Planned Preventitive Maintenance (PPM), Servicing and System checks
It has been proven, that systems which are not maintained generate more issues and larger scale problems than those that are maintained and serviced on a regular basis.
Vision Tech offers planned maintenance and service on BMS systems (Trend, Niagara, Distech) to try and help avoid those large scale unexpected problems and keep the system running in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
A full report is generated with any recommendations and sent to the customer within 24 hours so the customer can understand their system in complete detail.
